Heaven. The word alone sparks a mental image in just about everyone. A boring place. A blissful place. An imaginary place. An all-inclusive place. An exclusive place. A real place. We will explore over the next four weeks what the Bible says about heaven. After all, isn't that where the idea came from in the first place?Calling heaven a permanent vacation may seem a bit simplistic and maybe not completely accurate. But we need to prepare for heaven in many ways the same way we prepare for a vacation. What's the weather like? What do we pack? Who else is going to be there?
